Suddenly being told that development funding was being withdrawn by your bank is a difficult situation for any company – being told this 14 weeks before a multimillion pound completion makes it horrific. Having met with Flourish we quickly put in place a funding package that enabled our project to go ahead as planned. We worked with Flourish, and their team to deliver our scheme over the following 18 months. We would certainly use Flourish again without hesitation to assist us with development finance. Having given up with the banks we approached Flourish Capital, on recommendation, to provide funding for a development of eight stone cottages in Lancashire. The application was dealt with quickly and after a little negotiation we received an offer of funding within a short period of time. Having developed the site we found flourish professional and flexible and understanding of the development process, working with us as part of the team to achieve a successful outcome. Importantly interim payments came through within a matter of two to three days of valuation to help us maintain a healthy cashflow throughout the development. We are now in negotiations with them on another project.
